The cost of replacing this roof with new tiles was £7,550.00, and the work was completed in five days. A high-quality, breathable membrane is placed on the roof, followed by tanalised timber battens with a 5U felt course over the eaves section, which forms a drip into the new gutter. The roof is then tiled, with the old tiles removed from the site and replaced with new clay tiles.
