The end ridge tiles, the surrounding hip tiles, and the tiles surrounding the chimney were removed.
The defective flashing and back gutter were removed.
The chimney was re-felted and battened.
New Code 5 Lead flashing and back gutter around the chimney, with an aluminium soaker system, were installed, and the Lead was neatly pointed into the chimney.
The surrounding tiles were reinstalled, and the hip tiles were re-bedded with a sand and cement mix.
